The department of Computer Science is making a number of modifications to programs and courses. This page is being provided as early publication of the changes to ensure that students have time to make any adjustments to their plans.
Prerequisite requirements for a number of courses are being updated to ensure they accurately reflect course expectations. Changes will take effect starting in the Fall 2023 term (September 2023). Please take the time to review these changes, and how they will be implemented, to ensure that you fill any gaps in the courses you have taken.
Several program modifications are being made to improve student outcomes, increase flexibility, and ensure that students are better prepared to succeed throughout their Computer Science education. These modifications will come into effect for students who enter the program for the Fall 2023 term (September 2023). Students who are already in a Computer Science program are subject to the program requirements (entry, continuation, and graduation) that are active at the time their program of study is declared. Please take the time to review these updates to determine how you might be affected.
