Course Project
Overview
- Students will be expected to complete a course project.
- It is recommended that students complete the project in groups of 2. Individual projects are also possible, but will require more work.
- The topic of the project should relate to the general themes of the course, which are crowdsourcing and online communities, and should involve the application of HCI methods (e.g., user studies and/or interface design and implementation).
- Projects should be selected in consultation with the instructor, however, students are expected to bring their own ideas as starting points. See below for some strategies for coming up with project ideas.
