Previous CIAAs

CIAA 2010 is the fifteenth annual edition of CIAA. Until 1999, CIAA took place under the name "Workshop on Implementing Automata" (WIA). It was held in 1996 and 1997 in London, Canada, in Rouen, France in 1998 and Potsdam, Germany in 1999.

In 2000, WIA was renamed the "Conference on Implementation and Application of Automata" (CIAA). Since 2000, CIAA has been held annually:

• CIAA 2000 in London (Canada)
• CIAA 2001 in Pretoria (South Africa)
• CIAA 2002 in Tours (France)
• CIAA 2003 in Santa Barbara (USA)
• CIAA 2004 in Kingston (Canada)
• CIAA 2005 in Nice (France)
• CIAA 2006 in Taipei (Taiwan)
• CIAA 2007 in Prague (Czech Republic)
• CIAA 2008 in San Francisco (USA)
• CIAA 2009 in Sydney (Australia)
