News:
- Dec. 19: Grades should be on Aurora tomorrow- Dec. 20.
- Dec. 12: Correction to the formula for bonus mark in Q6 Assignment 1 has been made.
- Dec. 9: Assignment 5 is available for viewing in my office.
- Dec. 9: Assignment 5 marks are up and total term calculated. Everyone has passed three assignments and everyone has a passing grade. The assignment 5's are coming in this
friday afternoon sometime. You can look at the assignment but I need to keep it in case of appeals.
- Dec. 3: Looking at some of the marks, a half-dozen students are in trouble. If you need help see me.
- Dec. 3: Assignment 4 marks and solutions are up.
- Nov. 29: CM found some typos. So run off the questions again. Question 4 changes. Question 6 is clarified.
- Nov. 18: Assignment 5 is up. Solutions to Assignment 4 are up.
- Nov. 14: Assignment 3 marks are up.
- Nov. 7: I have changed Question 3 on Assignment 4. I have changed to S' boxes so you do a different question from last year and I have specified where to start the trail so
that the question is easier to mark.
- Nov. 3: Final exam is on Dec. 14 at 1:30 Brown Gym
- Nov. 3: Assignment 4 is up and due Nov. 18.
- Nov. 3: Midterm solutions and Midterm marks are up.
- Oct. 31: Assignment 3 solutions are up.
- Oct. 25: Dustin has found an interesting article on a cryptographic breakthrough on the New York Times. The url is here
- Oct. 25: Assignment 2 marks are up.
- Oct. 19: Assignment 3 has changed a bit so run it off again.
- Oct. 17: I will not be in for office hours on the 18th of Oct.
- Oct. 17: The solutions to assignment 2 are up.
- Oct. 13: The missing assignments have been found by the marker so you don't haver to do anything. Marks should be up by Friday and I will hand them back on Friday's class.
- Oct. 12: The correction in A4q2 is in the ciphertext-plaintext corresponding pair.
- Oct. 12: There is a change in the ciphertext in question 4 assignment 2. Run off a new copy of assignment 2.
- Oct. 12: If you do not have a mark for assignment 1 and you handed assignment 1 in, please send me an email with your name and student number and we will work out something.
- Oct. 11: Assignment 1 is out of 56 marks. Assignment 1 marks are up.
- Oct. 5: Assignment 2 is up. Solutions to assignment 1 are up. I am away thursday and friday. So no office hours thursday and guest lecture (its all on the exam) on Friday.
