These are very basic mission outlines. Information concerning changes to systems, governments, etc. as a result of the mission can be outlined here. |
| Mission Name (Developer) | Notes |
| Discover the Klingon Empire (No one) | One of the first alien missions to do. Fairly wide open as to a story line since Klingons have always been a part of Star Trek |
| Discover the Romulan Empire (No one) | Something to do with "odd, unidentifable ships" appearing and disappearing on the fringes of UFP space? Colonies are being attacked? |
| Rescue from Nimbus III? (No one) | Perhaps a rescue mission to the newly named and settled Nimbus III sometime after both Romulans and Klingons are discovered? |
| Khitomer Outpost (No one) | Romulans are attacking the outpost. Defend it and you form an alliance with the Klingons. Fail, and Klingons become bitter enemies, forcing a long, drawn out war. |
| Cardassian Incursions (No one) | Cardassians have taken Bajor and some neighbouring Independent and UFP systems. Terok Nor (Deep Space Nine) is built. Repell them, take a few planets, and you form an alliance with the Bajorans and take control of the station. Fail, and other UFP planets fall. |
| Cardassian Peace Talks (No one) | Agree to hand over some UFP planets back to Cardassian control and you will form a (short-term) alliance with the Cardassians. Maquis (Renegades) are born on these planets in the DMZ and will attack either group. Disagree, and see more Cardassian border raids on fringe worlds. |
| The Wormhole (No one) | The wormhole next to Bajor is discovered. Not certain what kind of mission this could be, but its central idea is to open Dominion space for exploration. |
| Dominion/Cardassian Alliance (No one) | If these two powers ally themselves, the Maquis will be obliterated and any planets they have will fall under Cardassian control. |
| Borg Invasion of Major Systems (No one) | The Borg are attempting to assimilate major systems (Sol, Eridani, Bajor, et al). Success means the Borg are repelled to random raids on fringe systems (perhaps minor missions). Failure, and other minor missions attempt to expand Borg control. |
| Borg Assimilation of Top Pilots (No one) | The Borg are attempting to assimilate the top pilots to improve its own readiness and performance against other species. Stop them. Succeed, and you free some important people. Fail, and you become Borg (Borg ship with 0 cargo space, 0 crew, any systems you own are freed, all systems hate you) |
| Unnamed (Kinnel) | A deep space probe has been lost in <DSY>. The last transmissions from the probe indicated some warp drive activity in the sector. We need someone who can survey the area without raising alarm with an official investigation. <PN>, we know you have what it takes to do it. |
| Unnamed (Kinnel) | We received a report of transmitter problems from a Federation outpost in <DSY>. We have been unable to communicate with them since that time. We do not have Federation resources to divert to the outpost, so we want to hire you to deliver the new transmitter. |
| Unnamed (Kinnel) | Colonists on <planet> have reported probes entering their system from <DSY>. We would like to have someone look for the source of those probes before opening an official investigation which could take weeks to get started. |
| Unnamed (Kinnel) | The USS Hershey was apparently disabled in an ion storm after reporting contact with an alien vessel. We would like you to go rescue the crew and retrieve their sensor logs. The last reported position of the Hershey was somewhere near <system>. |
| Unnamed (Kinnel) | The son of Senator Flannery has stolen a shuttlecraft and is reported to be 'UFOing' some undeveloped worlds. This embarrassing matter will have to be treated with some delicacy. Apparently the young Flannery ran out of fuel in the <DSY> system and is drifting. We will pay you a fair sum to go rescue the young man. |
