The ``Five W's'' on the WWW
Should you or your company publish on the Web?
Ask yourself the five W's:
- Who is your
target audience?
- Technical, computer-literate, people.
- Customers in a computer-related industry.
- Anyone already on the Internet.
- What information do you want to provide?
- Company profile, news, catalogs, reports, ads, ...
- A drawing card!
- Where will you set this up?
- Your own Internet-based host.
- Internet service provider's Web host.
- Private, internal network, for providing internal information.
- When? (The sooner the better...)
- Why?
- Exposure on the net.
- Cheap, easy way to provide information.
- ``Everyone is doin' it!''
