A Brief Introduction

The intention of this website is mainly to present my achaedmic life.
The nutshell of the website is as below:
I am a PhD candidate in Computer Science at University of Manitoba (2009 - now). Earliar I received my both BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran (2000 - 2007). Here is the list of my publications on Google Scholar. I have worked for 5 years in RCII (2002 - 2007) as a project manager, software designer and programmer. I've been involved in many projects such as security, system and open source projects nation wide.
Personally, I am interested in vast spectrum of concepts from traditional Persian music, poetry, travel, and short stories all the way to politics, photography, blogging ,web surfing, high tech gadgets, and sports off course. Currently, I am living with my lovely wife (Nasim Beigi-Mohammadi) in Toronto, Canada. I am working in Cloud Computing area, performance analysis and quality of service, QoS, in particular.
