The Support Staff BBQ was held in the Cross Common Room in St. John's College due to poor weather, however the event was still a success, with 77.4% of all support staff attending.

After lunch Dr. E. Worobec presented more details on the University ROSE project. The University is currently in the process of determining how to improves services without overloading staff in the process.

Terry Wolowiec, Council Chair, expressed thanks on behalf of all support staff for the opportunity for all support staff to get together and share lunch. He also gave thanks to the organizing committee.
